What data we collect

When you register an account, we ask for your first and last name, date of birth, address, email and phone number. For identity verification under anti-money-laundering rules we additionally ask for a valid identity document and a proof of address. When you deposit and withdraw, we record the payment method used, the amount and the timestamp. During play, your stakes, wins and losses are logged for financial accounting and safer gambling analysis.

We also process technical data needed for the site to function, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and on-site behaviour. This data is used for security, debugging and improving the user experience. When you consent to analytical or marketing cookies, additional behavioural data is collected, which is only ever analysed in anonymised or pseudonymised form.

What we use data for

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, financial processing, customer service and safer gambling monitoring. Technical data supports security, debugging and improvement of the service. Marketing messages are only sent with explicit consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time through an unsubscribe link in any message or via your account settings.

Retention periods

Account data and transaction history are kept for seven years after account closure, in line with statutory record-keeping rules. Identity documents are kept for five years from the last contact and then deleted automatically. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Messages to customer service are kept for two years for reference and quality monitoring.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access all personal data we hold about you, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure within statutory limits, the right to restriction of processing, the right to portability in a structured data format, and the right to object to specific processing such as direct marketing.

Requests can be made via privacy@fscasino.co.uk or through the contact form. We respond to a request within four weeks. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office via ico.org.uk.

Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data with third parties when it is necessary for the service or legally required. Payment providers receive only what is needed to process transactions. Identity verification runs through certified KYC partners who themselves are bound by strict privacy rules. Marketing partners only ever receive pseudonymised or aggregated data. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other crimes, data may be shared with enforcement authorities.

How do I access or delete my data?

Send an email to privacy@fscasino.co.uk with a copy of your identity document and your request. We verify your identity within five working days and then send a data overview or confirm deletion within the statutory period of four weeks.

Note that some data cannot be deleted immediately because of statutory record-keeping rules for financial administration. In that case the data is restricted and only deleted at the end of the statutory seven-year period.

Which cookies does the website use?

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for operation, functional cookies to remember preferences, analytical cookies for usage insight and marketing cookies for relevant offers. Only strictly necessary cookies are active by default; the others are placed only after explicit consent through the cookie banner.

Is my data processed outside the UK?

The vast majority of processing takes place inside the UK or the European Economic Area. For certain technical services, such as cloud hosting or payment provider integrations, data may be processed by parties based outside the UK or EEA. In those cases we only work with parties that meet the Standard Contractual Clauses of the UK government or another recognised protection mechanism.

How do we secure your data?

All communication runs over 256-bit SSL encryption. Personal data is stored on servers inside the UK or EEA with multiple security layers, including firewalls, access controls and periodic security audits. Payment data is not stored by us but by PCI DSS certified partners.

Access to your account data within our organisation is strictly limited to staff who need it for their work. All access is logged and audited periodically. In the event of a suspected data incident, we follow the statutory 72-hour notification rule to the Information Commissioner's Office and to affected individuals.
